Brief description of your current job duties: I am responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. My focus is to translate the company’s vision into actionable plans, overseeing their implementation, and continuously evaluating and improving operational processes. I work closely with department heads and operational teams to implement and optimise processes, improve productivity, and drive performance. 

What you like most about Working at FTI Group Malta: I love the dynamicity of the FTI Group and collaborating with colleagues from all over the world. Over the years change has been the only constant. Since I first joined, the company has developed and evolved and I was able to learn and grow both personally and professionally. 

Any career or personal development goals: My personal plan is to prioritise learning and skills development in the next months. The world is changing at a very fast pace and there are so many new and interesting things on the horizon. Through my personal development I look forward to continue to inspire and support others in their development journey.  

Fun fact about you: Travelling is a big part of my life, not just at work but also in my personal life. Travelling is one of the most exciting and enriching experiences for me, that allows me to explore new cultures, discover breathtaking landscapes, and create long-lasting memories. It’s the only thing that helps me unwind and recharge my batteries even if very often I find myself in need of a holiday just immediately after I return from one :-p
