Brief description of current job duties:  
In my role I’m responsible for the streamline functionality of all our systems across all our locations in Malta, from our SmartCity office, Airport hub and the Labranda Riviera Hotel & Spa. I work closely with the Global FTI team to ensure we are complying and aligned with the latest software and IT systems, including the migration to Microsoft Teams in which we are now fully integrated across the whole suite. In addition to this, I’m a member of FTIAS strategic team, where I offer my input into our future direction in regards to technology. I also oversee the premises at SmartCity making sure the office adheres to all Health and Safety policies. 

What you like most about Working at FTI Group Malta:  

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the diversity my roles here and the development of my career journey, from joining in an administrative role, to my current position and involvement in decision making for the company, this of course, would not be possible if FTI GROUP Malta did not foster such a positive and encouraging culture. 

Any career or personal development goals:  

For me staying up to date with all new developments in the IT sector has always been imperative for my own personal growth and is something I take great pride in – in addition to global current affairs.  

Fun fact about you:  

I absolutely love cars, during the weekends you can often find me restoring my cars, so much so, that I’m the go-to-person for offering advice to my colleagues about their car choices!
