The strategic team at FTIAS is responsible of aligning the company’s talent with the company’s vision and mission statements to achieve optimum performance, also by staying true to the company’s core values. The strategic team also facilitates the formulation and execution of strategic decisions within the company. While doing so it ensures that decision-making does not happen top-down, thus inhibiting innovative initiatives. On the contrary, it serves as the focal point for ideas that percolate up through the organization. These emerging ideas are then put on the Strategic Team’s agenda, with the best concepts being adopted and embedded within the Alliance unit strategies.

The main function of the Project Managers within this team is that of converting ideas for improvement thought of by employees and their respective teams, into tangible and value adding business solutions. Our Software Developers work hand in hand with the Project Managers to design and create software solutions based on the ideas put forward by our employees, together with providing day-to-day support and the general upkeep of our systems.
