Brief description of your current job duties: As part of the General Management team I work closely with all the Alliance and Tribe leaders at FTIAS in order to drive strategic initiatives, both to ensure that they are in line with the Group’s business objectives and also to assist with their successful implementation across the organisation.   

What you like most about Working at FTI Group Malta: Working for this company for the past two decades has been an enriching experience. The nature of the tourism sector can sometimes be volatile, however we are fortunate enough to have been led by resilient leaders throughout the years, who offered us a family-like environment and diverse career opportunities to help us grow both as individuals and also professionally.  

 
Any career or personal development goals: Continuous learning is the key for success and I look forward to continue growing in my career with the Group, especially given the myriad of specialised courses that the FTI GROUP has made available for all its employees. In my position this will help me support and guide my colleagues into becoming the best version of themselves and help us excel into the future.   

Fun fact about you: My happy place is when I am cooking a delicious recipe, it just makes me forget all the stress J, especially if accompanied by a glass of wine! I am also a committee member of a leading football team in Malta, where I am entrusted with a group of young individuals, who are responsible of all the social media portals of the club. This is my passion and escape from my daily routine – I just love it!
