Who We Are
FTIAS Limited is a subsidiary to one of the largest tour operators in Germany, FTI Touristik GmbH. Based in Malta FTIAS was established in 1990 to provide accounting services to the parent company. At that time there were only a handful of employees, however the accounting services provided expanded in direct proportion to the growth of the FTI group and by late 1994 the Malta based operation had a total of 18 employees. Along the years FTIAS ventured into a myriad of different services if offers to the FTI group, where it currently employs 110 staff members.
Most of the accounting services provided are related to supplier invoice checking and processing, bookkeeping, management reporting together with generic support on business applications and accounting software used by key offices which the group has worldwide.
Driven by the vision of serving as the Group’s shared service centre, FTIAS takes pride in being an Equal Opportunities Employer, giving space to a diverse workforce and presenting career rather than job opportunities to its strongest asset, its human resources.

Junior Accountant
Since joining FTIAS, I have only had a positive experience so far. My team and colleagues from other teams are all friendly, helpful and quite funny too. We enjoy a good laugh and enjoy learning from one another.
I have learned to step out of my comfort zone at FTIAS and I could not have done so without the support and guidance from my mentors, and team. There are always tasks that keep me on my feet and challenges that assist in my growth here at FTIAS. Everyday is filled with new learning opportunities.

Office Executive
I joined FTIAS last April and so far have really enjoyed my time here. I love the variety of my role as Front Office Executive, organising events, assisting with marketing and helping make sure the back office of the company runs smoothly. I love seeing everyone having fun at events as it really makes my work meaningful, as well as being a great chance to get to know my colleagues better.
A great perk is the wellbeing benefit - I use my allowance to pay towards my gym membership, I'm so grateful for this as I love to train!
