Methodology

Our methodology in the provision of services to our internal stakeholders, but also in the provision of services to third parties rests on the premise of establishing best practice in tasks and procedures. We are capable of achieving this by making recourse to evidence-based practice, relying on established scientific research.

 

When reviewing any given process and/or establishing the provision of a service, we make recourse to six sigma methodologies which strives to

Define – identify the problems or gaps in knowledge, which then allow us to identify the project goals.

Measure – key aspects of the current situation

Analyze – the resulting data, so as to identify possible correlations, and/or cause-effect relations.

Improve – work on the resulting information to change work practices.

Control – review of data resulting from new processes, can help control and avoid misdirection of outcomes.
